Belong in transformed Botany

A vibrant village bubbling with modern urbanity, specialty shops, quirky cafes, open outdoor spaces and foreshore cycleways, golf courses, and parklands.

Following a century of prominence as an industrial residential precinct, today Botany is a sought-after neighbourhood with proximity to beaches, the airport and central business districts. Botany has been truly reimagined, having undergone an urban renewal. It’s a tapestry of sprawling green spaces, shops with character and community rhythm.

Be part of the Botany evolution. Renowned for the 1770 landing of Captain Cook aboard the Endeavour, Botany is now a contemporary community.

Kick back in Sir Joseph Banks Park, stock up at Westfield Eastgardens and take time to enjoy live music and local restaurants. If you need to escape, the airport is within easy reach.

Time spent well in your surrounds

A sunny day beckons time at Foreshore Beach, Yarra Bay Beach or Botany Aquatic Centre.

There’s no shortage of green spaces nearby: Booralee Park, Joseph Banks Park and Playground, and Heffron Park. If your dream green space comes with 18 holes, head to Boonie Doon or The Lakes Golf Club. For a bit more bounce, sign up to Badminton Worx Badminton Centre or Jungle Brothers Strength & Movement.

Once you’ve moved into 5 Myrtle Street, celebrate at the youthful Panivore in Pagewood or Botany’s Botannix Studio Cafe. Fill your fridge with delectable desserts from Croquembouche Pâtisserie or Bourke Street Bakery, in nearby Alexandria.

Now that the furniture is in and you’re comfortable, grab some stand-out food at Capanno Trattoria Bar and Grill or Franita's Pizza Pasta & Schnitzel. Try Botany Buzz or Deluca Specialty Coffee for your start-of-day cup of caffeine, and One Drop Brewing for your end-of-day beer with a side of funky food trucks.

Sophisticated streamlined simplicity

The industrial sophistication of exterior concrete finish is a nod to Botany’s previous life as a commercial hub.

It contrasts and conceals a contemplative earthiness inside, achieved with minimalist lines, a blending of natural finishes and a palette inspired by the Australian flora surrounding. Flashes of aluminium, treated timber, matte paints and bamboo flooring strike a harmonious chord.
